Great question! Here's how our studio service process works:
1. Complete the Booking Request Form
Immediately after your purchase, you'll be prompted to complete a Booking Request Form.
2. File Preparation & Upload
Once you've submitted the form, you'll receive a "Booking Request Received" email containing detailed instructions on preparing your audio files and securely uploading them to us.
3.Project Review & Confirmation
After we receive and approve your files (typically the same day), you'll receive an email confirming your official project start date and delivery date.
4. Receive Your Master & Request Revisions
You'll receive your completed master by the confirmed delivery date. If revisions are necessary, simply reply to our email—we'll make every reasonable effort to ensure you're satisfied.

- Projects cannot begin, and delivery dates aren't guaranteed, until all required assets are approved. If files are incomplete or require adjustments, we'll reach out immediately.
